Summary of Recent Achievements (2024-25)
- Working with government, commissioners and clinical stakeholders to develop a new performance management framework which focuses on clinical outcomes not time targets
- Pushing forward with our Clinical Model Transformation programme, developing new approaches to the safe clinical triage of calls and trialling new initiatives including the Mental Health Response Car
- Continued on our cultural transformation journey, aiming to create a workplace where all of our people feel safe, involved and valued
- Expanded the use of the Welsh language across services to enhance patient experience and inclusivity.
